Damaged or faulty items

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, email us with a photo and your order number and we will put it right.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible after ordering and we will cancel the order if it has not yet entered production.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary by provider.
